1. Information we collect

When you request access, we receive the name and email address you provide. When you contact us, we also receive your message. These forms do not ask for financial account details, payment information, or login credentials. Please do not include sensitive financial information in your messages.

Our hosting and service providers may process basic connection information, such as your IP address, browser information, the page requested, and the time of a request, to deliver and protect the website.

2. How we use information

We use contact details to respond to questions, manage early-access requests, and send updates about access to RebalanceWorks. We use feedback to understand what visitors need and improve the product. We may also use information to prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

3. Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to operate the website and receive messages:

• FormSubmit processes form entries and sends them to our inbox. See its privacy policy.
• Microsoft Azure hosts the website and may process connection information. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
• Google Fonts supplies the website’s fonts. Loading them sends Google a request containing connection information, such as your IP address and browser information. See Google Fonts’ privacy information.
• Our email provider stores and delivers messages sent through the forms or directly to us. Our current contact inbox uses Gmail; see Google’s privacy policy.

We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to people’s rights or safety. Providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live.

4. Your financial data

The allocation app is still in development. We are designing it to calculate your plan on your device, so your balances, investment choices, and retirement goals do not need to be sent to us. This website does not currently connect to financial accounts, collect portfolio inputs, or execute trades.

We will update this policy to describe the app’s actual data handling before making it available. Information you choose to send through the website’s contact forms is delivered to us as described above.

5. How long information is kept

We keep early-access contact details while managing invitations and related updates. We keep correspondence as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain relevant records, unless a longer period is required by law.

FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Copies delivered to our inbox can remain there longer. Removing information from our contact list does not necessarily remove copies retained by providers under their own policies or legal obligations.

6. Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit a form. To stop early-access emails or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, use the contact form or email stapley.app@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to object to or restrict certain processing or complain to a privacy authority. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.

7. Cookies and tracking

The RebalanceWorks pages do not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and their own code does not set cookies or save form entries in browser storage. Service providers may process technical information or use their own security features as described in their policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

8. Security and children’s privacy

No website, device, or email service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, account numbers, financial documents, or other sensitive information through the contact forms.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can address it.

9. Updates and contact

We may revise this policy as the product and website change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required by law.
